Introducing the new Barbieri SpectroPad Series 2 DOC!
The new SpectroPad Series 2 DOC is designed for simple and automated measuring of color on paper-like substrates with digital printing applications.
The SpectroPad Series 2 DOC offers automated reflection and transmission measurements for flexible and rigid materials up to 1.2 mm thick. It is designed for industries working with non-textured cardboard, flexible non-textured materials such as paper and film, and labels. Thanks to its precise color measurement technology, including the Barbieri QB technology, the SpectroPad Series 2 DOC enables high accurate color measurement for the calibration and profiling of digital printing systems. This enables high-quality output profiles and precise linearization of output devices.
Application fields:
- Creation of ICC profiles for digital output devices on a wide variety of materials (reflective and transmissive).
- Linearization of digital output devices
- Single measurements of spot-colors with subsequent check for color-true printing
- Use as a densitometer to determine density values for films and papers
